After finally getting my big beautiful new breasts
After time I had grown so accustom to my full well rounded breasts, I forgot that I even had implants. Every time I looked at myself in the mirror I was thrilled that my breasts looked plump again. Six years passed by and I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. My son and my two little girls were all three very healthily. We were happy and busy taking on all life's challenges. As time went, on I developed a few more problems like TMJ and bursitis to go along with the other strange problems I had; but I still looked good. I was happy with my life and my young family.

I was very
happy with the results as my new breasts looked very natural. However,
within a few months of that surgery, I gained 15 pounds .This was the very
first side effect I encountered but I had no idea at the time that the weight
gain was caused from my breast implants. At the time, the weight gain
made me very happy since I had always felt too thin and could never gain
weight. So, for the first time in my life, I had curves.

A great film that was done for Lifetime TV about
the breast implant issue nearly 9 years ago. Two distinctly different women.
Two very separate struggles. One united fight.
is a must see documentary story of everyday women who
find themselves and their breasts in the tangled and confusing intersection of
money, science, health and beauty. This film reveals that the conversation on
breast implants is far more complex than simple pros and cons. The real
conversation–the most important and most challenging–rests with us as viewers
and the everyday choices we all make in an appearance obsessed culture.
